COVID-19 Statement

Please rest assured that every step will be taken to minimise risk and conform with government guidelines when interfacing with you, our awesome customers. Face masks and gloves will be worn when bikes are collected, delivered and worked on. Minimum distances will be kept when interacting with you and all bikes will wiped down with disinfectant spray focusing on all of the main touch points.

Which areas do you cover?

We are happy to come to you on a mobile basis or for collection/delivery. We cover all of the Telford & Wrekin and Shrewsbury areas, including Newport, Market Drayton and North East Shropshire areas, Wem, Shawbury, High Ercall etc.

​Do you have a minimum call out?​

WCW are happy to come out to you to look at any repair, however we do have a minimum order value of £10.00. Labour is charged at £40.00 per hour. We do also have a small additional charge if we collect and deliver your bike for repair. Please see the 'services and pricing' tab for a detailed pricing list



 

How long will my bike be away?

Generally, the aim will be to complete the works required and deliver back to you within the same week. You will be fully informed and kept updated if for any reason your bike will be in the workshop for longer.



Payment Options

I will always provide a formal quotation for works that involve spare parts. Payment for all work both labour and any parts will be required on completion and can be made by credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer.
